Place was basic and near Arhat Temple. Great pool, spotless and huge rooms with all necessary things, refrigerator, kitchen. Excellent setting next to Chongqing, and interesting sightseeing spots...

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent, right in the center of the city. The staff treated me with exceptional service and went the extra mile to make sure I had a pleasant stay.

The location was best possible merely 5 minutes' walk from Arhat Temple. Also, I appreciated that we could visit a supermarket and the main shopping center in the area. Overall experience was great.

The hotel offers excellent service and cleanliness as well as a central location, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing useful tourist information and assistance with taxis. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with necessary amenities such as a kitchen and washing machine.

One downside was that the hotel did not provide boxed breakfast for early check-outs, which was inconvenient for guests catching early flights. The breakfast itself was also described as ordinary by some guests, implying that it may not have met their expectations.

The room was clean and modern, had a nicely-sized kitchen, and a large bathroom with a larger bathtub. It is situated right near downtown Chongqing, only an alleyway seperates the hotel and the famous HongYaDong shopping and restaurant center. It was well worth the money.

It had a washing machine. The view from the hotel was amazing. It had English channels on the tv. It was close to good shopping and great food. Nice central location. Free Internet.

I hate hidden service charges. I was not expecting to pay extra charges. The breakfast was not that good and there was never enough seating.

The room is absolutely spotless and fresh. The location is central for shopping. You can enjoy the day and night view by just walking around the back. The Luohan temple, Hong Ya Dong and the pier are all within walking distance.

Great location near street stalls and river front eating area. Helpful staff allowed us to store luggage after check-out. Conveniently situated in CBD, close to subway station. Daily breakfast had good Chinese-style hot options. Room had useful pantry and washing machine.

We stayed at the hotel waiting to board our river boat cruise and we were very pleased with everything. The staff was very pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was also excellent. We could walk out our door to shops and the river itself. Excellent value for the money!

The room was excellent and the interior design was really great. We have stayed at Somerset, Zhong Guan Cun in December 2008 but this one in ChongQing is much better.
